If you would like to directly give financial support to any of the community projects, why not become a ‘Friend of Mikindani' by being either a Sponsor or a Corporate Sponsor. There are benefits, both to the community and to its supporters. The gains to Mikindani are plain to see, but equally important are those to its supporters.

Firstly it is important to 'put something back'. We in the West are very privileged in many ways and should help others to obtain the same standard of education and health care that we enjoy. It's easy to say that 'something should be done'. The friends of Mikindani are actually doing something.

There are three categories of ‘Friends':

1. Friends of Mikindani receive the monthly Newsletter only.

2. Sponsors of Mikindani (individuals) pay a minimum of £10 annually indicating to which area of interest they would like their contribution put towards – Conservation, Education or Enterprise. Sponsors will, after 2 years, qualify for half price accommodation at the Hotel. They also receive the monthly Newsletter.

3. Corporate Friends of Mikindani (companies or associations) pay £365 annually, are able to hold management courses at the Hotel at a 50% discounted room rate, give their staff the opportunity to ‘holiday' at the Hotel at 50% discounted room rate and receive the monthly Newsletter.

IMPORTANT: Our two major Corporate sponsors currently fund our UK admin costs totally, so 100% of the money you donate goes to Mikindani . Under the gift aid scheme you may claim tax relief on your donation, as we are a UK registered charity.
